Hearing Products and Technology

Our clinics work with four major hearing aid manufacturers, providing entry level to high end technology. The level of technology and hearing aid style best suited for each client is discussed. Product care and use along with scheduled follow-up care are thoroughly reviewed.

Equipment

Testing and diagnostic clinics are equipped with a sound treated booth, diagnostic audiometer, computers, modification station and a VIDEO OTOSCOPE.

A video otoscope is camera adapted with a printer and large screen which allows a clear visual view of the inside of the ear. Since cerumen (ear wax) is a major contributor to reduced hearing we are able to see this and suggest treatment to the client.

Billing Options

Residents of Ontario are able to access provincial funding towards the overall expense of their hearing devices. The grant is deducted from the client's invoice on delivery. We also offer direct billing to Government Agencies such as WCB, DVA and ODSP.

The cost of digital hearing devices can vary significantly depending on the level of technology. In order to help our clients afford the aids most suitable for them we offer individualized payment plans. Plans are interest free and subject to terms agreed before the final purchase decision.
